sb builders started life as a business with a reputation for friendly service and high standards
we are mainly a family business starting from my grandad who is a very respected builder / bricklayer who I'm glad to say still works with us to this day .
sb building services has now been past down from him to our father and again to us the sons.
We also want to keep the reputation for a friendly service and high standards up as our father and grandad did . We are a family run company which helps us keep the cost as low as we can to help all our customers save money
we are please to say that we still have our father and grandad working along side us to this day

we can offer a labour price only (day rate) not including materials
Or we can offer "all in" from the start of a job to the finish (including materials)
We can also offer to work on a hourly rate .

All the work we do is to a very high standard.
No job is too big or small. we are always willing to give you a free estimate .
All of our team / builders are fully qualified tradesmen and have done a minimum of 2 years labouring on site . All our builders have done 2 or 3 years at college . After leaving college they have then done 2 more years out on site working alongside builders who have been in the building trade for over 25 years .
This has helped our builders understand and see how we work to a high standard and overcome any problems they may come across when on site .. only when our builders have done all of the above will we send them out on site on there own .
